Chitwan is also blessed with Narayani river, the third-largest river in Nepal which originates in the high Himalayas and drains into the Bay of Bengal providing vivid river picturesque. Also boating in the river is permitted which adds a reason to visit. The region also features Tharu culture, traditions and their lifestyle, also recognized for their elegant Tharu dance. Day 1

Pick-up from Bharatpur Airport : Arrival at camp following an hours’ drive (45 km) Welcome/ Briefing : Welcome drinks on arrival and there will be a short briefing on the program, our facilities and room allocations Lunch: Nepali buffet lunch- served in traditional dishware Elephant Safari: Following a brief downtime after lunch, we will make our way to the elephant platform to mount for the Elephant Safari. The safari will be for about 2 hours +/- 30 minutes Wildlife Presentation : After the elephant safari guests can choose to freshen-up or get a drink at the bar. The presentation on the Flora and Fauna of Chitwan National Park will take place in the Round House, followed by a round of Q&A by the guests. Dinner : Soup will be served to guest at the table followed by a Continental buffet dinner The Bar will remain open till the last guest retires

Wake-up call : tea/coffee with cookies Breakfast : Continental breakfast Departure for day-long activities Coach to Narayani river Long boating on the Narayani (over an hour) Elephant Briefing :Talk about the biggest land mammal in the presence of one our elephants. Feeding the elephants after the talk is very popular with the guests Jeep safari inside the national park Picnic Lunch Jungle walk in the National Park Boating across Narayani Arrival at Camp Tharu Cultural show : A Programme featuring the indigenous Tharu Culture and heritage Dinner : Soup will be served to guest at the table followed by a B-B-Q buffet dinner

Wake-up call : tea/ coffee with cookies Nature Walk/ Bird Watching : Guests can choose to go for nature walk or bird watching with our senior Naturalist.
